Position Title: Campaign Canvasser
Position Type: Part time contract from January 28, 2025 – March 5, 2025
Pay/Hours: $ 18.50 – 20.00 per hour; 20 – 25 hours a week
Days & Hours: Monday – Friday: 1:00 pm – 8:00 pm and Saturday: 8:00 – 4:00 pm (Saturday hours will depend on other events)
Position Summary: A Campaign Canvasser is responsible for visiting residential neighborhoods or public areas to share information about healthy community infrastructure, voting and Empowerment Congress. Their duties include going door-to-door, phone banking and sharing information with members of the public about the campaign and persuading people to vote as well as participate in the action team.

Pay/Hours: $17 – 18 (depending on CHW certification) per hour; 40 hours a week
Supervised by: CHW Manager
Supervision of: None
Position Summary: The Community Health Worker is responsible for outreach to neighborhoods and public areas to share information about mental and behavioral health services in Dona Ana County. The outreach methods include door-to-door canvassing, outreach table sessions and community events. The Community Health Worker conducts the outreach in both the Spanish and English language and the hours are vary from morning and into the evenings and sometimes on the weekend.
