Youth with ENLACE class at Las Montanas Charter High School

Knowing what you want and reaching the stars to get it sounds like a challenge. LMCHS is a charter school dedicated to build community within their premises. We have had the amazing opportunity to work with students that want to make a change in their high school with a Mental Health Clinic. This youth group in particular already knew what they wanted, and so we joined forces and started the process with a mental health drop-in center. We are still strategizing, building and having conversations about how to create a safe  space for everyone at the school. Organizing, working and walking together.
